BRIEFS OF THE MEETING NDNGSA/OF Badmal HELD WITH GENERAL MANAGER OF BADMAL

The NDNGSA,OF Badmal/EB Office Bearers constituting the following members met official side members constituting Honorable GM, OF Badmal, AGM/RC, on 30.04.2013 at conference hall for discussing the grievances of NGO Cadre in OF Badmal.

The meeting commenced from 5.00PM and lasted till 06.15 PM. Point wise discussions is as follows.

1.                  Grievance on membership application of the year 2012-13

NDNGS Association ,Badmal repeatedly chased on this grievance to found out the error .

GM Response: To sort out this type of problem membership list should be displayed on web portal after verification.

2.                  Canteen facility to NGOs

NDNGS Association demands for separate day in CSD Canteen.

GM Response: As separate day matter was already settled this matter likely to be closed. And also informed that DEBIT card facility should be provided to all at recent in CSD Canteen.

3.                  About pending MACP case, Stepping up of seniors, Pending OT arrear bills and pay fixation

NDNGSA Badmal explained the discrepancies pertaining to respective matters and requested to take corrective measure to settle the respective matters.

GM Response: Hon’ble GM saw all the relevant documents and agreed to solve such type of discrepancies in early as possible and note down all the genuine marks & opined to forward representation to settle the matter.

4.                  Adequate drinking water facility at Admin Building

NDNGSA Badmal explained about the hygienic type facility should be available at Admin Building for employees & delegates.

GM Response: Very much appraised & replied action should be taken to maintain hygienic condition upon drinking water facility.

5.                  Health conscious activities at production building

NDNGS Association explained to maintain health-conscious environment by several activities at production building by using vacuum cleaner in spite of compressed air to clean the floor, and also explained that to display   board at each building just in building entrance.

GM response:                    Board should be displayed for health conscious of employees & steam pipe should be used to clean floors in spite of compressed air.

And training facility at HRD should be provided for employees in respect to health conscious.

           

6.                  Readily availability of Immunizations for children

NDNGSA suggested to maintain the life saving drugs as well as to keep paid immunization readily in OF Badmal hospital.

GM Response: He is agreed to discuss the matter with Hospital Doctor to maintain the immunizations and life saving drugs.
